About this home

Located within The Reserve section of The Reserve at Southern Woods, this custom residence is a true collaboration—thoughtfully designed from the ground up by the homeowners alongside True North Homes and ART Designs. Every detail was intentionally curated, resulting in a home that is both highly functional and beautifully refined. A grand two-story entry hall creates an immediate sense of scale, while a large vaulted study offers a striking yet practical workspace. Abundant custom cabinetry, well-appointed bonus spaces, and elevated finishes throughout complete a home that reflects a seamless blend of design, craftsmanship, and personalization.
